My annual show Paint, Punch & Positivity might be back for 2024. Didn't do it last year as was too busy and didn't really have the appetite for it to be honest, but I'll see how this year pans out. Will keep you posted if I decide to go for it. Not really an annual show anymore though!!!

CMA is the place where one life-affirming experience led me to another. Without the confidence kickboxing and self belief martial arts gave me, there's a good chance I wouldn't have been brave enough to launch my art career.
