About the event

Paint! Punch! & Positivity! at Cheltenham Martial Arts is back for 2022. And this year I'm joined by awesome watercolourist Natalie Bowden.

We both share a love of movement, colour, animals and nature. And our brilliant boys have trained together at CMA for years. It just made sense.

CMA is the place where one life-affirming experience led me to another. Without the confidence and self belief martial arts gave me, there's a good chance I wouldn't have been brave enough to launch my art career.

Huge thanks, as always, to owner Matt Rudman and the team at CMA.

A warm welcome will await from 3pm-7pm on the Saturday and 11am-3pm on the Sunday.
